Safety of Chlorine Dioxide

You may have access to a wide variety of information when checking into the safety of chlorine dioxide and as you will find, there is a great deal of contradictory information in the media and it’s hard to decipher what is real and what is propaganda. So, the best you can do is the best you can do when trying to decide for yourself what is true when it comes to the safety of chlorine dioxide.

How Safe is Chlorine Dioxide?

Somewhat contradictory statements from governmental agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) can be confusing. First, chlorine dioxide was considered safe for fighting pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and other potentially dangerous pathogens. Everything was fine. It was used generally with very little oversight as an industrial sterilization compound and in water purification both municipally and personally.

The two-part water purification formula was a mainstay for the military, research expeditions, outdoorsmen, campers, and hikers who may need access to questionable water sources that could be potentially contaminated by pathogens or toxic waste. Chlorine dioxide could make any accessible water safe to drink.

Used for a hundred years, the safety of chlorine dioxide was never in question.

That is until a miner working in Venezuela witnessed his work party dying of malaria. With the intention of keeping the crew as comfortable and hydrated as possible, after he’d sent runners for help, he used his water purification drops to treat nearby surface water, making it safe for them to drink.

He knew there was no treatment or cure for malaria, nonetheless, four hours later, the workers were alert, coherent, and vigorously returned to working, as if nothing had happened. Curious about this experience, he studied the chlorine dioxide formula to see if there might be other benefits to humans besides just simply making water safe to drink.

This man was Jim Humble, whose experiments, based on experimentation on himself, his family, and thousands of volunteers, culminated in his book, The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium, detailing the success stories of many who claimed to have experienced miraculous healings and cures from otherwise untreatable or treatment-resistant diseases.

Humble enthusiastically hit the streets proclaiming the results of his research and the testimonials of thousands of volunteers, and possibly too aggressively challenged the pharmaceutical companies, suggesting that Big Pharma was determined to expensively treat symptoms, extracting hard-earned money from patients (victims) keeping them in manageable pain and suffering until they died pennilessly.

Why would he say such a thing? Because so many people, like Dr. Richards, who does tell his and his wife’s story of recovering from incurable chronic Lyme disease in his book, Lyme Disease Non-Medical Diagnosis, and Treatment: How I kicked chronic Lyme disease in one year for pennies. a quick read, available on Amazon.com.

So many people told stories about how they had been tortured by medical doctors and swindled out of their life’s savings for expensive treatments that offered little or no results only to discover through Jim Humble that they could be healed from whatever ailed them using a simple two-part water purifier. Based on these claims, Humble nicknamed the solution, “Miracle Mineral Solution” or MMS for short.

According to Humble, Big Pharma was not having it, and they conspired with the FDA to discredit Humble and quash this movement and the wild rantings of a crazy gold-digging religious snake oil salesman.

Suddenly, the FDA declared war on Humble and his MMS, and this safe and effective bactericide was banned from personal use (though still authorized as the most effective pater purifier) and Humble was labeled as persona non grata and a con artist. The media ate up the story enthusiastically as Jim Humble’s mission was attacked and he was discredited.

Chlorine Dioxide cIo2

Still, the word about the efficacy of chlorine dioxide cIo2 continued to spread amongst the underground and natural alternative specialists around the world, and Jim Humble faded away. Other followers, such as families like the Grenons took up the charge and became particularly enthusiastic when they received notice from MMS users that the water purifier was an effective form of fighting off the Corona Virus.

Enter COVID-19

This family decided to inform the horrified public, threatened, and suffering from the pandemic, that Humble’s MMS or chlorine dioxide was a valid method to both prevent and treat COVID-19 from their home in Florida.

They were immediately served with a cease-and-desist order, which they ignored. Which was probably not a good idea. Next, the Feds obtained warrants to detain the father, Mark Grenon, and his sons, Jonathan Grenon, Jordan Grenon, and Joseph Grenon. The family was arrested for manufacturing, promoting, and selling MMS (chlorine dioxide/cIo2) as a cure for COVID-19 and other diseases, as well as not heeding the previously ordered cease-and-desist.

While they were (and still are) being held, studies were conducted, and patents were applied for and issued to pharmaceuticals for using chlorine dioxide to treat COVID-19.

Chlorine Dioxide Today

Today, chlorine dioxide is still considered safe to use as water treatment, sanitization, biocide, and viral eliminator used in hospitals, and you might find it in use in your swimming pool or hot tub if you have one.

Safe.

Though the FDA still maintains that it is dangerous and may be against the law to use this substance for any attempt at healing. For instance, if your doctor even hinted at the possibility that it might have some value, then he would be immediately ejected from the medical community… with one exception.

In New York City, IF the doctor is treating a patient who is dying, and every other authorized treatment has been applied exhaustively, then, and only then, can the doctor consider allowing the patient to use chlorine dioxide water purification drops. Other municipalities or states may follow suit.

Paris Humble

Following the introduction of COVID-19, Jim Humble’s daughter, Paris Humble, has joined the cause and released her own book based on her experience and growing up in the shadow of her father’s experiments and research, entitled, Healthy Alternative Chlorine Dioxide Uses Non-pharmacological Health Restoration (2022).
